As Audrey Hepburn once said, “One is never over-dressed or underdressed with a little black dress.”
As a Garden Route Children Photographer, I love capturing kids’ unique personalities and playful energy. This session with two beautiful little girls was absolutely incredible! We chose an Audrey Hepburn-inspired theme, and they adored every moment. Honestly, I think I enjoyed the shoot even more than they did!
This age is an absolute joy to photograph. Their personalities shine, and their imagination never ceases to amaze me. I laughed so much during the session at their funny little sayings.
Children have such a special place in my heart, and photographing them brings me so much joy. Of course, it’s not always easy—toddlers have their moments, from the “terrible twos” to the “freaking fours.” But as a Garden Route Children Photographer, I know these are just phases. One day, parents will actually miss these little quirks! To the moms who worry that their kids are too energetic for a shoot—trust me, I’ve seen it all! Sometimes, I wish I had a GoPro to show the behind-the-scenes chaos. But in the end, the results are always worth it!
Most toddlers love to express their opinions and test boundaries before fully joining in. That’s completely normal, and I embrace it!
“I don’t dress up for boys. I dress up to stare at my reflection as I walk by store windows…”
